Pamela Anderson is opening up about the tough moment she shared with Seth Rogen at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards, revealing how seeing the Pam & Tommy producer in the audience left her feeling uncomfortable.
In a candid conversation on Andy Cohen's SiriusXM show, the 58-year-old actress shared her thoughts on the hit series based on her life, as well as the complex feelings that arose when she saw Rogen at the prestigious event.
Pamela Anderson’s Response to Seth Rogen’s Involvement in Pam & Tommy
Anderson didn’t hold back when discussing Rogen’s involvement in Pam & Tommy, a series that dramatized her tumultuous past, including her relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee and the infamous sex tape scandal.
The actress explained that the show was created without her input, and she couldn’t help but feel hurt by it.
“I left after presenting the award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy to Rose Byrne and went right to bed,” Anderson recalled. “Seth Rogen, he did that [series] without talking to me, you know Pam & Tommy, and that was another — I just felt like, ‘Eh.’ You know?”
She continued: “How can someone make a TV series out of the difficult times in your life, and ‘I’m a living, breathing human being over here. Hello.’”
Her frustration was clear as she described her feelings about how the series portrayed some of the most painful moments of her life.
Awkward Encounter at the Golden Globes
During the Golden Globes, Anderson came face-to-face with Rogen, who was seated in the audience. Cohen, the host of the show, asked her if she had any direct interaction with him that evening, and Anderson admitted that their proximity made things even more uncomfortable.
“He was in the pit at the Golden Globes, so we were close,” Anderson shared. But despite being in such close quarters, she confessed that she felt “weird” seeing him after everything that had unfolded.
“I may have just felt like, ‘I’m not chopped liver over here,’” she said, adding that the situation left her feeling: “A little yucky.”
Though she had been busy with work, including shooting five films in the past year, Anderson couldn’t shake the emotional weight of the encounter. “Sometimes it hits you and you feel kind of down,” she admitted.
A Potential Apology from Seth Rogen
Reflecting on whether Rogen would ever reach out to her for an apology, Anderson said: “Eventually, hopefully he will, maybe he’ll reach out to me and apologize. Not that that matters.”
While she wasn’t sure if such an apology would carry much weight, Cohen pointed out that it might mean something to Anderson. She responded with mixed feelings, acknowledging that the entire situation left her with unresolved emotions.
“Well, you are free game. When you are a public person they say you have no right to privacy,” she said, explaining how the series touched on some of her most painful moments.
“But your darkest, deepest secrets or your tragedies in your life shouldn’t be fair game for [a] TV series. That p**sed me off a little bit,” Anderson revealed.
